My late mother will forever be my superhero and this site is a place I invite all who knew her and loved her to come and celebrate her life by sharing stories and special moments you had with her so her kids and her kids, kids, family, friends, and future generations will never forget my mother and everything she meant to all of us.

Selma Marcia aged 69 of London, England; formerly of Rock Hall, St. Thomas, and Brooklyn, New York entered peacefully into rest on September 13th, 2022.
Loving daughter of Frederick and Sheila ‘Joyce’ Haynes;
Beloved mother of Antony Haynes, Aston Vaz, Kamaal Whitmore, Quamina Whitmore and Karim Dawelbait;
Grandmother of 12: Antony Nathaniel Haynes, Shanaz Iraji Nunez-Haynes, Sean Aria Haynes, Angel Aliyah Haynes, Xianne Eve Barrett-Vaz, William Thomas Stevens-Vaz, Kaydie Skye Whitmore, Kaliecy Rayne Whitmore, Kamaal Abdul Muid Whitmore, Jr., Cayden Akio Antoine-Ross, Charles Jason Antoine-Ross and Lyla Masters;
Sister of Andrea ‘Ann’ Mayers (UK), Monica Haynes-Sisay (USA) and the late Frederick ‘Junie’ Haynes, Jr.;
